This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies only to this website, not to work orders or invoices handled in the shop.

The contact and service request form on our homepage asks for your name, email address, phone number, optional vehicle information (year, make, model, or VIN if you choose to include it), and the message you write describing the work you need. You also check a consent box confirming that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry.

When you submit the form, that information is delivered to our shop inbox by email through our email delivery provider. We use it to reply to you, quote the work, schedule service, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not use it for unrelated marketing campaigns, and we do not add you to a newsletter.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build a behavioral profile of you. Our hosting platform records standard, aggregated request information such as page views, referring site, approximate region, browser type, and IP address for security and performance purposes. If you never become a customer, ask us to delete your inquiry and we will remove it from our inbox.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you, or to use only one method, for example email but not text. Just call or email us using the details below and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights; we honor those requests regardless of where you live.

This is a business site for vehicle owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has submitted the form, contact us and we will delete the submission.

Our site links to our Instagram and TikTok profiles, to Google Maps and Google Reviews, and occasionally to partners such as our wrap and paint protection installer. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of that company applies. We do not control what they collect.

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here rather than applied quietly. The version posted on this page is always the current one.
